Section 386(2) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(2)Except as may otherwise be provided by or under this Act, for every such licence or written permission a fee may be charged at such rate as shall from Lime to time be fixed by the Commissioner, with the sanction of the Corporation.
