Section 52(1) in The U.P. Gram Sabha, Gram Panchayat and Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti Manual
(1)The Collector may, of his own motion or on the application of any person aggrieved by any order of allotment of land under Para 47 or 48, proceed to make an enquiry in the manner give hereunder.
