Pursuant to order dated 4.5.2009, liberty was given to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court within a fortnight and was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 14.5.2009, the petitioner appeared before the learned Trial Court and has been enlarged on bail. Counsel for the petitioner has tendered photocopy of the order dated 14.5.2009 passed by S.S. Dhaliwal, ASJ (A) FTC, Sangrur, which is taken on record. Crl. Misc. No.M- 10994 of 2009 -2-

Learned counsel for the respondent / State submits that the petitioner was found innocent during investigation. The injury which has been suffered by the complainant is not caused by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, without commenting on the merits of the case, order dated 4.5.2009 is hereby made absolute.
