3. The present petition seeks transfer of the suit being CS No.800/2021 pending before the Court of Additional District Judge, Central District to any commercial Court in the Central District.
4. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice and vehemently oppose the petition. They pray for, and are granted, three weeks' time to file counter affidavit/reply. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date.
5.
