27. Meeting of the Court.
- The Court shall meet at least thrice in a financial year. other than for convocation, on dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held before March and shall be called the Annual General Meeting. The Coon may also meet at such other times as it may. from time to time decide.(2)One-third of the total number of members of the Court shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Coon:Provided that such quorum shall not be required at convocation.(3)The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks lit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifty per cent of members of the Cowl, convene a meeting of the Court. A meeting on such requisition shall be held within fifteen days of the receipt of the requisition by the Vice-Chancellor.
