Section 17(1) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(1)An application for the registration of an amendment to the bye-laws shall be made within three months from the date of the general meeting at which the resolution in respect of the amendment was adopted, to the Registrar in Form VI and shall be accompanied by three certified copies of the resolution.
