Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to issue Economic weaker section
income certificate to the petitioner herein, pending consideration of this
Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s. ANAND KALYANAKRISHNAN, C.DHEERAJ RAJAN, Advocates for the
petitioners, CENTRAL GOVERNMENT COUNSEL for R1 and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER
for the respondents 2 to 4, the court passed the following:
ORDER
Admit.
Learned Central Government Counsel takes notice for R1. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for rest of the respondents and seeks time for filing counter affidavit.
Similar matters are admitted and interim orders are passed. One such order is Ext.P9 passed by this Court on 23-03-2023.
In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the third WP(C) No.11093/2023 2/3 respondent - Tahasildar, Taluk Office, Thamarassery, Kozhikode District to issue EWS Certificate provisionally to the petitioner which will be subject to the result of this writ petition, at the earliest.
Post along with WP(C) No. 10157/2023.
