Section 1 in Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University Act, 2007.] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.31, Agriculture and Cooperation (Horti & Seri) Department, dated 22.12.2014.](2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana.] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.31, Agriculture and Cooperation (Horti & Seri) Department, dated 22.12.2014.](3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 26th June, 2007.
