Section 2 in The Orissa Fire-works and Loud Speakers (Regulation) Rules, 1965
2. Definitions.
(a)Unless the context otherwise requires, "Act" shall mean the Orissa Fire-works and Loud Speakers (Regulation) Act, 1958.(b)All other words and expressions used in the these rules but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Act.
