(b)The Executive Council may delegate any of its powers or duties conferred or imposed by or under this Act, to-

(i)the Vice-Chancellor,

(ii)the Rector,

(iii)the Registrar,

(iv)a committee constituted from among its two members,

(v)the Post-Graduate Board, or

(vi)the Finance Committee.
