(5)The nomination paper shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 100 for a Panch or Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, Rs. 200 for member of the Panchayat Samiti and Rs. 400 for member of the Zila Parishad :Provided that the said fee shall be deposited in cash with concerned Returning Officer before filing nomination paper :Provided that for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes the fee will be half of the fee specified in sub-rule (5) above.
