Section 22 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
22. Adjourned meetings. - If no quorum is present within ten minutes of the time fixed for a meeting of the Managing Body, the meeting shall be adjourned for one week to the same time and place. At such adjourned meeting the business for which the meeting was called may be transacted, whether a quorum is present or not.
