Section 1 in Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Act, 1971.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th day of May, 1971.
