HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.K. LOHRA Order 27/08/2019 These intra-court appeals are directed against order dated 21.8.18 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, whereby the writ petitions preferred by the appellants herein, against the order dated 27.11.17 issued by the District Collector, Pali, terminating their services as Village Coordinator with immediate effect, have been dismissed.

(8 of 8) [SAW-1682/2018] Indisputably, the project 'Mission Poorna Shakti' under which the appellants were working as Village Coordinator has come to an end.
In this view of the matter, the question of continuing the appellants who were engaged under the said project on temporary basis on honorarium does not arise and therefore, the order impugned passed by the learned Single Judge, dismissing the writ petitions, does not warrant any interference by us in exercise of intra court appeal jurisdiction.
The special appeals are therefore, dismissed.
