Section 31(3) in Uttarakhand Open University Act, 2005
(3)Every new Statute or addition to a Statute or any amendment or repeal thereof shall require the approval of the Chancellor, who may assent to it or withhold his assent thereon or remit it to the Executive Council for further consideration.
