Section 91(1) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Rules, 1953
(1)In any dispute other than a claim in respect of any sum payable to or by a co-operative society, the decision or the award of the Registrar or his nominee or his the arbitrator shall be enforceable by any civil Court having local jurisdiction in the same manner as a decree of such Court upon application, as if it were a decree of the Court.
