Section 26(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Act, 1956
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make [rules] [for Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957, see S.R.O. 1006, dt. 30-3-1957, published in Gazette of India, 1957, Extra Pt. II, Section 3, p. 1337 ] to give effect to the provisions of this Act.
