(xiv)three regularly appointed full-time Teachers, not below the rank of Reader, to be elected by all the Teachers of the University,

(xv)one member of the non-teaching staff, to be elected by all the members of the non-teaching staff of the University, and

(xvi)one regular post-graduate students to be elected by all the regular students of the University.
