Section 28(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)The Registrar shall once in every five years, on or before a date to be fixed in this behalf by the Council, cause to be printed and published a correct list of the names for the time being in the register setting forth-(a)all the names entered in the register arranged in alphabetical order according to the surnames,(b)the registered address of each person whose name is entered in the register, and(c)the qualifications of each such person together with the dates when such qualifications were acquired.
