Section 22(ii) in Rules Under Section 15 of the Bihar Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1951
(ii)if the front or back of the building abuts on a road or a public open space which is less than twenty feet or ten feet in width respectively, the building may be erected up to a distance of twenty feet or ten feet respectively from the opposite side of such road or open space:
