(2)In case of permanent registration, the Authority shall pass an order within the period allowed under section 29 of the Act,-(a)allowing the application for permanent registration; or(b)disallowing the application:Provided that the authority shall record its justifications and reasons, if it disallows an application, for permanent registration.
