(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Shyam Knowledge Park Shiksha Samiti, Jaipur, a Society registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) at Registration No. 823/Jaipur/2006-07, dated 27.2.2007 in the office of the Registrar, Societies, Jaipur;
