Section 268(2) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(2)Every employer shall before the fifteenth day of every month send to the Secretary or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf a return in Form XXX showing the details of the workers entitled to be registered as well as those who left the service during the preceding month.
