Section 11(a) in The Family Courts (Jharkhand High Court) Rules, 2004
(a)The notices, summons shall be served in the manner prescribed in the Code of Civil Procedure save and except in proceedings under Chapter IX of the Criminal Procedure Code where the provisions of the Code will apply. Alongwith the notice, summons a copy of the petition and exhibit thereto shall be sent.
