Section 18(2) in The Delhi Vidyut Board Rules, 1997
(2)The Secretary of the Consultative Council shall, with the approval of the Chairman, call meetings of the Consultative Council giving the members not less than 14 days' notice is writing of the date, time and place of the proposed meeting:Provided that the Chairman may in cases of urgency, in his discretion, dispense with such notice period.
