481. Term of a member of the Bar Council.
- A nominated or elected member of the Bar Council shall hold office for three years from the date of the first meeting of the Council after his nomination or election, provided that a member nominated or elected to fill a casual vacancy shall for the purpose of this rule, be deemed to have been nominated or elected on the date when the person whose place he takes was nominated or elected.
