Section 5(1) in The General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988
(1)Any change in the name , style or address of the authorised packer shall be communicated, alongwith the Certificate of Authorisation, to the certificate issuing authority, within a period of 30 days, for incorporating the same in the certificate.
