Section 4(6)(b) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010

(b)and for the colleges other than the Government colleges and the private colleges, with the approval of the State Government-
(i)the terms and conditions of service and emoluments for posts of Principals, Teachers and such other employees as it may deem fit;
(ii)the rules for Provident funds; and
(iii)the duties and responsibilities of the Principal, Teachers and any other employee as deem fit and disciplinary actions for negligence or violations thereof;
