Section 54 in The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972
54. First regulation.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 53 the first regulations shall be made by the Slate Government and they shall continue to be in force until new regulations are duly made and sanctioned under that section.
