This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 29.10.2024 in W.P. No. 31763 of 2024 passed by this Court, on the ground that the petitioner is now letting down sewage water/stagnated water into the Krishna Water Supply Project (KWSP) Link Canal; it may cause severe health issues.
2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent maintains a separate channel to let down the rain water/stagnated water to their private pond maintained by them.
