4. Method of admission in unaided professional educational institutions.
- Association of all unaided professional educational institutions whether minority or non-minority imparting professional education in any one discipline shall make admission through a single common entrance test conducted on all India basis at State level and followed by centralized counseling through a single window in accordance with such procedure as may be specified by the Admission Overseeing Committee under section 5 or admission in such institutions may at the option of the Association of unaided Professional Educational Institutions be done through the State Common Entrance Test Cell.
