Section 22(1) in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
(1)(1) After the completion of admission process or offering admission to all the candidates whose name appear in the merit list, if the seats remain vacant, such vacant seats shall be filled in by the institutes, in accordance with the directions of the Admission Committee, in the manner prescribed in sub-rule (2).
