Section 43 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
43. No ivory or horn to be transferred without a certificate of ownership. -
No person shall in any manner transfer any such ivory or horn without the certificate of ownership obtained from the Wild Life Preservation Officer or the authorized Officer, as the case may be.
