8. Power and functions of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and members.
- Save as expressly provided in these rules, the powers to be exercised and the functions to be performed by the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and the members shall be such as may be determined by the Authority from time to time.Chapter-III Development Plans
