On the prayer for interim relief our attention has been drawn to an order dated September 23, 2021 passed by the Tribunal in the OA wherein the Tribunal on consideration of interim prayer has stated as under:
"We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. In the facts and circumstances, as an interim measure, it is directed that the appointment of the last candidate under the category in which the applicant has participated shall be subject to the outcome of the present O.A."
