Section 4(2) in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
(2)After the establishment of the Permanent Statutory Endowment Fund, the State Government may, by notification, in the official Gazette, accord sanction for establishment of the University of Unitary nature in the State by the name of "Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence".
