The present Stay Application is moved by the applicant relating to assessment year 2010-11.
2. Subsequent to the hearing of Stay Application, the quantum appeal in ITA No.27 6/PUN/2015 has been decided by the Tribunal vide order dated 2 SA No.95/PN/2016 Arising out of ITA No.415/PN/2015 31.01.2017. Consequently, the present Stay Application moved by the applicant becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed.
3. In the result, the Stay Application filed by the applicant is dismissed as indicated above.
