4. Powers and functions of State Committee.
- The State Committee shall exercise the following powers and perform the following functions, namely :-(a)to monitor the protection provided to the witnesses under the Act;(b)to give necessary directions to District Committees and the police stations for protection to the witnesses;(c)any other powers and functions as may be prescribed.
