- The University shall have the right to hold a Matriculation Examination for the admission of the students to the University or to its affiliated colleges without regard to any School examinations held by the Government or any other Authority :Provided that no student shall be required to appear in Matriculation Examination if he has passed the Final Examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education.
