1. Mr. Rajesh Yadav, Senior Counsel for the Plaintiff, stated that vide judgment dated 10th October, 2019, this Court had decided Issue No. (I) and Issue No. (II) in favour of the Plaintiff by holding that the land in question is not covered under the provisions of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954.
2. However, the concerned Tehsildar has sent an E-valuation Report dated 9th February, 2022. Therein, the property in dispute was mentioned as 'Agricultural'.
3. Counsel appearing on behalf of Revenue/Tehsildar stated that he shall discuss this issue with the concerned department and shall submit a report, either in writing or orally, about the nature of the land/property in dispute on the next date of hearing.
4. Renotify on 07th April, 2022.
