(16)The cooks who were employed for distributing the food when the bathing parade was in progress, shall, at some convenient time, be taken to the bathing platform to wash themselves.These parades should be carried on simultaneously in all parts of the jail and completed within an hour, that is, before the time arrives for distribution of prisoners into gangs. In Jails where the arrangement, number or construction of latrines, feeding and bathing platforms is defective, the Superintendent must follow the instructions as closely as the means at his disposal permit.
