Section 28(12) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021

(12)The Executive Council shall cause every affiliated college to be inspected from lime to time at intervals not exceeding two years by one or more persons authorised by it in that behalf, and a report of the inspection shall be made to the Executive Council.
