Section 51 in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
51. Sponsored Schemes:- Whenever the University receives funds from any Government, the University Grant
Commission or other agencies sponsoring a scheme to be executed by the University, notwithstanding anything inthis Act or the Statutes or the Ordinance made there under -(a)the amount received shall be kept by the University separately from the University Fund and utilized onlyfor the purpose of the scheme; and(b)the staff required to execute the scheme shall be recruited in accordance with the terms and conditionsstipulated by the sponsoring organization.
