Section 9(2) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)No disqualification of, or defect in the election, nomination or appointment of, any person as member or as a presiding authority of a meeting, shall of itself be deemed to vitiate any act or proceeding of the Council, in which such person has taken part, whenever the majority of persons party to such act or proceeding were entitled to vote;
