Order 18/10/2023 The instant misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed by the accused-petitioners for quashing of FIR No.1/2018 registered at P.S. Sayla, Distt. Jalore for offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC. (Downloaded on 12/11/2023 at 07:52:48 AM)

[2023:RJ-JD:35765] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1020/2019] After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the material available on record, I am not inclined to quash the FIR. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today, who shall consider all the facts as well as contentions raised in the representation and complete the investigation strictly in accordance with law.

The instant misc. petitions are disposed of accordingly. Stay applications also stand disposed of.
