Section 5(1) in Punjab Major Accident Hazard Control Rules, 1993
(1)Where a major accident occurs on a site, the occupier shall forthwith notify the Inspector and the Chief Inspector of that accident, and furnish thereafter to the [Ispector and the Chief Inspector a report] relating to the accident in instalments, if necessary, in the form specified in Schedule 6.
