Section 4(2) in The U.P. Electricity (Regulation of Distribution and Consumption) Order, 1972
(2)Any shop and commercial establishment observing immediately before the commencement of this Order, Sunday as the closed day shall, instead of Sunday, observe such other day of the week as may be specified by the District Magistrate as the closed day.
