Section 2(d) in The Maharashtra Domestic Workers Welfare Board Act, 2008
(d)"domestic work" means household work like sweeping, cleaning utensils, washing clothes, cooking and such other manual works as is mutually agreed between the employer and domestic worker carried out at the work place;
