- Subject to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force for removal of khatals , the Municipality may make regulations specifically for control of khatals within the Municipal area or removal of khatals therefrom. Such regulations may provide for restricting the khatals within a specified zone or zones or setting up of milk Colony.
