Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned provisionally selected list of combined Engineering Services Examination, 2009-2013, published by the second respondent dated 12.08.2014, with regard to the non-selection of the petitioner in the Assistant Inspector of Factories category is concern and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to select and include the petitioner in the selection list for appropriate post, following the proper procedure of selection.
